About Westfield Foundation Pros
Foundation answers written for Westfield's houses and ground.
What this site does
Westfield Foundation Pros is an independent resource for Westfield homeowners who've spotted a crack, a sinking slab or floors that feel off. It explains what's likely going on, what the fix involves, and what it usually costs in the Indianapolis area. When you want someone to look, your request goes to one independent foundation specialist who works in Westfield, and the specialist calls you.
Why write only about Westfield
Westfield is not a typical town for foundation work. It was founded by North Carolina Quakers in 1834, yet most of its houses are recent: the median was built in 2010 (U.S. Census ACS). Its soils are among the wettest in Hamilton County (USDA). The facts here come from public sources: the U.S. Census, the City of Westfield, the USDA soil survey, the National Weather Service and Indiana's residential code and statutes. Current prices are in the Westfield foundation repair price guide.
